Furthermore, the mounting surfaces for the linear guide rails are precision-machined using large-scale gantry milling equipment. This advanced machining method guarantees outstanding flatness, strict parallel accuracy, and superior surface finish of the rail installation base. As a result, it achieves precise alignment and stable fitting of the guide rails, significantly enhancing the overall motion accuracy, rigidity, durability, and long-term continuous operational stability of the equipment.
